Service Description
Polynucleotides are injectable preparations containing purified DNA-derived molecules, used in treatments aimed at improving skin quality. They may be considered when discussing texture, hydration or early signs of skin ageing. Products differ, and the evidence for benefits is still developing; results cannot be guaranteed. YOUR ASSESSMENT Your skin concerns, medical history and previous treatments will guide product selection. Many preparations are derived from fish, so disclose fish allergies and ask about the source and ingredients of the product proposed for you. Treatment areas and suitability depend on the specific preparation. WHAT TO EXPECT After assessment and consent, small injections are placed in the agreed area. Temporary raised areas can appear at the injection sites. The number and spacing of sessions, likely progress and any maintenance will be explained as part of your individual plan. RECOVERY AND CONSIDERATIONS Swelling, redness, tenderness and bruising may occur. Infection, allergic reactions and persistent lumps are possible. Follow the aftercare provided and seek advice if symptoms worsen or do not settle. Discuss pregnancy, breastfeeding, medicines and any active skin problems before treatment.
Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment we need at least 7 DAYS notice, this can be done via our Facebook page, email or by contacting us via our telephone number even out of hours. Booking-fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and are the customers responsibility once the booking fee has been paid. If you give us 7 DAYS notice we can reschedule your appointment and move the booking fee to your desired day, If no notice is given within this time frame then you will lose your booking fee and be charged the full amount of your treatment. As this does not give us enough time to fill your slot, we take a booking fee to cover products ordered and is unfair on clients waiting to get booked in earlier.
